Construction Site Coordinator

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Construction Site Coordinator to join our team at Carrington West. The successful candidate will have significant experience within the construction sector and a proven track record of managing projects from start to finish.

The role will involve working closely with Contractors to ensure they adhere to Contract Specification Testing & Certification requirements. This includes observing working operations, recording daily on-going works, organising and inspecting permanent works, agreeing defective works, and reporting on-site safety issues.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate construction site activities to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Work closely with Contractors to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and report on-site health and safety aspects of Contractor's operations.
  • Ensure Contractor closes out Defects within contract timescales.
  • Attend meetings as requested by the Project Manager.

Requirements:

  • Significant relevant work experience within the construction sectors.
  • Driving Licence.
  • CSCS Card.
  • NRSWA supervisor.

Salary and Benefits: Our competitive salary range is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, plus benefits package including pension scheme and training opportunities.
