Healthcare Construction Lead

We are currently seeking an experienced Healthcare Construction Lead to join our team for a 3-month period. As a Freelance Senior Site Manager, you will play a key role in the successful handover of a healthcare refurbishment project in Lincolnshire.
With a strong background in construction law and regulation, you will be responsible for overseeing site operations to guarantee timely completion within budget and quality standards. Your experience in delivering projects in the healthcare sector, particularly in Yorkshire, will be invaluable.
A competitive salary package is on offer for the right candidate, who must be able to demonstrate previous experience managing complex construction projects, including new build / refurbishment schemes exceeding £1m. Strong leadership skills, effective communication, and ability to manage a team are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee site operations and ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
- Monitor progress and adjust schedules as necessary
We estimate this role to pay approximately £62,000 - £72,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
