Clinical Team Lead

At Elysium Healthcare, we are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to take on the role of Deputy Hospital Director. This permanent position will see you join a dynamic Learning Disability and Autism service located in Grimsby, where your knowledge and skills will be valued.
You will have previous experience as a Registered Nurse from the NHS and/or private sector with a background in supporting people with learning disabilities and/or autism. In this role, you will lead, manage and influence both the clinical and non-clinical teams to deliver great healthcare. As a Deputy Hospital Director, you will provide strong and robust leadership in the hospital environment and be responsible for budgetary oversight.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in learning disabilities and autism settings, with a detailed understanding of statutory regulations. You will also have awareness of the wider Healthcare economy and political environment. To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to deal with multiple issues simultaneously.
