Job Title: Clinical Operations Assistant

Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 per annum

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Operations Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide essential support to our medical and clinical teams, ensuring the efficient operation of our services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To provide a comprehensive range of administrative and secretarial support services to all staff within the medical and clinical teams.
  • To manage the coordination of meetings, appointments, and tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.
  • To maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including referral data and patient information.
  • To contribute to the development of new administration procedures and working methods, improving the efficiency of our services.
About You

We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should have a strong understanding of confidentiality and be able to maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Educated to GCSE level grade A to C or equivalent, including Mathematics and English Language.
  • NVQ Level 2 Administration or equivalent practical knowledge.
  • IT qualification to GCSE level or equivalent.
