About the Role

As a Clinical Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the patient pathway at Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust.

Responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for utilizing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Effective interaction with patients, colleagues, and external parties requires strong typing, writing, and communication skills.
Skills and Qualifications

This role requires RSA II typing skills or equivalent proficiency, as well as NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration/Customer Care or equivalent experience.

Previous experience in a customer services environment is also essential.

Estimated Salary: £29,000 - £34,000 per annum.
