We are seeking an experienced Social Work Team Lead to join our team at Navigo. As a Clinical Leadership Position, you will play a crucial role in supporting Social Workers and developing their skills within the organization.

The successful candidate will have a passion for professional autonomy and be able to work across organizations to achieve the best outcomes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing Social Workers' professional development through supervision, mentoring, and Continuing Professional Development activities.
  • Demonstrating practice, experience, and knowledge of legislation to deliver positive outcomes for the local population.
  • Ensuring Navigo complies with Section 75 partnership agreements and the Care Act.
  • Line managing specialist Social Work posts.
  • Embedding the PCF framework within social work practice.

Required skills and experience include:

  • Liaison and joint working with statutory, voluntary, and private sector agencies.
  • Clinical and professional leadership.
  • Project management and quality improvement.
  • Experience of managing change and working under pressure.

Qualifications include:

  • Professionally qualified registered Social Worker.
  • Minimum 5 years post-qualifying clinical experience.
  • Evidence of postgraduate study and continuing professional development.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
