Required skills and experience include:
- Liaison and joint working with statutory, voluntary, and private sector agencies.
- Clinical and professional leadership.
- Project management and quality improvement.
- Experience of managing change and working under pressure.
Qualifications include:
- Professionally qualified registered Social Worker.
- Minimum 5 years post-qualifying clinical experience.
- Evidence of postgraduate study and continuing professional development.
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
