We are looking for a skilled Social Worker to join our Emergency Duty Team in Grimsby.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable children and families. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing and addressing their needs.
Key Responsibilities- Managing a diverse caseload and providing social work services
- Undertaking assessments and developing social work plans
- Collaborating with other agencies to ensure coordinated responses
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Social Work and registration with Social Work England
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and experience working with children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
We offer a competitive salary package up to £46,464 based on experience, plus additional shift allowances and Essential Car User Allowance.
