**Job Description**
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Mental Health Practitioner to join our team at Bradley Complex Care in Grimsby, Lincolnshire. The successful candidate will work closely with service users, families, and healthcare professionals to provide high-quality mental health interventions and support.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychology, with experience working with individuals with complex needs, including those with learning disabilities, mental health issues, or personality disorders. You will be responsible for assessing referrals, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions, as well as collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes for service users.
In this role, you will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through regular training and professional development opportunities, ensuring you remain up-to-date with the latest best practices and research in the field.
