Navigocare invites applications from experienced Clinical or Counselling Psychologists for a Specialist Mental Health Professional role. The position involves working with adults in North East Lincolnshire, delivering specialist psychological assessments and evidence-based therapies.

The successful candidate will join a team of Practitioner Psychologists, Psychological Therapists, and Assistant Psychologists, providing psychological consultancy, support, and guidance. The role requires working collaboratively with colleagues across Navigo to develop outcome measures and ensure empirically measured standards for delivery of psychological provision.

Key Duties
  1. Undertaking formal research as an integral part of the job, and being proactive in continual service improvement within own area.
  2. Providing advice, guidance, and clinical supervision to less experienced colleagues within the designated psychology service and to other members of the multidisciplinary team.
  3. Working effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, undertaking care co-ordination/lead practitioner responsibilities, and utilising psychometric tests competently.

**Estimated Salary:** £48,000 - £54,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards.
