Mental Health Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled Mental Health Specialist to fill the position of Lead Nursing Assistant. This individual will play a key role in delivering high-quality care to individuals with mental health needs, working closely with the multidisciplinary team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health, with experience in assessing and monitoring the health and wellbeing needs of individuals. They will be able to provide coaching, training, and support to nursing assistants, ensuring they are equipped to deliver high-quality care.
The salary for this role is approximately £32,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Requirements- Evidence of an awareness of Health and Safety in the workplace.
- Evidence of experience with the benefits and housing systems.
- Supervisory experience.
