About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Elysium Healthcare Limited in Grimsby. As a seasoned RMN, you will work with individuals living with complex needs who may have a primary diagnosis of learning disability, mental health issue or personality disorder.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to service users through effective assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care plans
  • Mentor and support colleagues to promote positive teamwork and enhance patient outcomes
  • Record and report all service user changes, maintaining accurate records of care provided

Requirements

  • RMN qualification and NMC registration
  • Strong leadership skills and a flexible approach
  • High level of self-motivation and a positive attitude
  • Naturally caring and compassionate with a commitment to high-quality care
