Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team in Grimsby. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with diverse populations, delivering evidence-based therapies and contributing to the development of our mental health services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in clinical psychology, excellent communication skills, and a passion for making a positive impact.

Responsibilities:
This position involves working closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide psychological assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement evidence-based therapies. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting cognitive assessments, formulating plans for therapy, and evaluating treatment outcomes. Additionally, they will contribute to policy development, service improvement initiatives, and training programs for staff members.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have a postgraduate doctoral level training in clinical or counselling psychology, as accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS). You should also hold registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and demonstrate a strong interest in working with serious mental illness cohorts. Experience in conducting cognitive assessments, group therapy, and research/audit is highly desirable.
