Senior Psychological Therapist

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Clinical or Counselling Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team in North East Lincolnshire. As a Senior Psychological Therapist, you will be responsible for providing specialist psychological care to clients with complex mental health conditions, including challenging behaviours.
You will work closely with colleagues across Navigo, providing psychological consultancy, support, and guidance to ensure seamless delivery of services. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals and communities, while developing your leadership skills and expertise in evidence-based therapies.
The salary for this role is £46,148 to £52,809 per annum, with the potential for progression to Band 8a within two years. We offer a range of benefits, including CPD opportunities, clinical supervision, and a supportive work environment.
