Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify areas where clients wish to see change and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Deliver low intensity cognitive behavioural therapy interventions, either individually or in groups, to promote recovery and well-being.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, progress, and outcomes, ensuring timely and effective data collection and analysis.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including clinicians, educators, and administrators, to ensure seamless service delivery and optimize patient care.
  • Pursue ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices, research findings, and emerging trends in mental health therapy.

This is a full-time position based at Navigocare House or Community GP Surgery, offering a generous salary of £35,000-£45,000 per annum, dependent on experience, as well as opportunities for career advancement and personal growth.
