Client Support Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled and reliable Client Support Specialist to support a male client with a Learning Disability, ADHD, and complex behaviour in Grimsby area.
This role is exempt under the Equality Act 2010 due to a genuine occupational need to recruit males due to the nature of the role.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Caring, patient, and empathetic nature
- Experience of communication with people at all levels and excellent communication skills
- Motivation to make a difference to our clients
- 6 months experience of supporting clients with a Learning Disability and Complex Behaviour
- Full working rights to work in the UK (VP Forensic does not offer sponsorship)
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting daily living tasks including maintaining a healthy diet, domestic responsibilities, and attending appointments
- Prompting personal care tasks
- Cognitive and behavioural support via effective management strategies
Estimated salary range: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum.
