Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Housing Support Advocate to join our team. As a key member of our community, you will work closely with our Service Manager and Community Links and Assessment Co-ordinator to provide outcome-focused support services to individuals aged 18 and above who require assistance with housing-related issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advice and guidance on various housing and support options, including access to and engagement with these services.
  • Signpost individuals to other relevant services that can aid in meeting their support needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the service team to ensure seamless delivery of support services.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of housing-related issues and the needs of vulnerable populations. A strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients is essential.
