Housing Related Assistance Professional

Creative Support Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to fill the position of Housing Related Assistance Professional in our Grimsby office. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of vulnerable adults while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing outcome-focused support to individuals who require housing-related assistance. Your work will focus on improving mental health, sustaining tenancies, and maximizing independent living skills.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users, colleagues, and external partners. You will also have a solid understanding of mental health issues and a commitment to delivering high-quality, outcome-focused support.
**Responsibilities:** * Providing outcome-focused support to individuals in need of housing-related assistance * Improving mental health and well-being through effective interventions * Enhancing engagement with landlords and accommodation providers * Sustaining tenancies and promoting independent living skills * Signposting other services that may meet the support needs of service users
