Safeguarding Specialist

We are currently looking for an experienced Safeguarding Specialist to join our team in Lincolnshire, a key location for the Lincolnshire Housing Partnership. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a NEBOSH General Certificate to make a significant impact and contribute to our mission of providing Great Homes, Strong Communities.
The role requires an individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks. As a Safeguarding Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our organisation operates within a safe and healthy environment, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.
This challenging position involves working closely with various stakeholders to develop and implement effective risk management strategies, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting regular site visits to monitor health and safety procedures
- Providing training and guidance to employees on health and safety protocols
- Developing and implementing emergency response plans
With a competitive salary of £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, this role offers a unique opportunity for professional growth and development.
