Programme Leader Fabrication and Welding

The TEC Partnership is seeking a motivated and experienced Fabricator and Welder to join our outstanding team as a Programme Leader in Fabrication and Welding. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our learners.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement academic targets to ensure the highest quality teaching, learning, and assessment.
  • Support the achievement of learners through higher grade workshops, providing guidance and expertise to help them reach their full potential.

About the Person

The successful candidate will require a minimum of Level 3 in the subject area and relevant industry experience. The ideal candidate will be a skilled Fabricator and Welder with excellent leadership skills and the ability to work effectively with a team.
