About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Programme Leader in Psychology to join our Faculty of STEM and Education. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning to undergraduate students across a range of programmes at the University Centre Grimsby.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Psychology, with a relevant undergraduate and postgraduate qualification. You will also be a graduate or chartered member of the British Psychology Society and hold, or be willing to work towards an Advance HE Fellowship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver high-quality teaching and learning materials for Psychology programmes
  • Contribute to the development of the curriculum and ensure its relevance and effectiveness
  • Lead and manage a team of Psychology educators to deliver high-quality teaching and learning
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of teaching and learning, making recommendations for improvement
