About the Role

We are seeking an inspirational Programme Leader to deliver, assess and administrate one of our Uniformed Public Service cohorts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, delivering and assessing courses at levels one to three, as well as organising trips, visits and guest speakers. You will demonstrate a knowledge of key performance indicators including attendance, retention and achievement.

The ideal candidate will have a Uniformed Public Services background or proven experience in delivering, and be able to assist in developing employer confidence and work alongside local organisations to ensure the development of practical skills alongside theoretical knowledge and positive behaviours.
