About the Role

Our multidisciplinary team provides personalized support and care to service users who require specialized services due to their challenging behaviors. Your expertise as a Support Worker will be invaluable in helping us achieve our goal of promoting recovery and independence for those we serve.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will join an inclusive and supportive team that works collaboratively to provide tailored care and support to individuals with complex needs.
  • Your day-to-day tasks will include analyzing behaviors, adapting care plans accordingly, updating patient records, and providing overall care and support, which may involve assisting with personal hygiene.
  • You will work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care, adhering to high standards of professionalism and compassion.
