Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Support Specialist. In this role, you will work collaboratively with our experienced nursing team to provide exceptional care to patients in a fast-paced hospital environment.
About the Position- Deliver high-quality patient care by assisting with personal care, hygiene, and sanitary needs.
- Work closely with registered nurses to take and record vital signs as per the patient's plan of care.
- Develop effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong understanding of patient care principles. Previous experience in care settings or holding an NVQ/QCF Level 2 Diploma in Clinical Healthcare Support is desirable.
Key ResponsibilitiesMain Responsibilities- Provide patient-centered care, ensuring patients' privacy and dignity are maintained at all times.
- Support registered nurses in implementing care plans and documenting patient progress.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
