About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team at Hales Homecare, a division of the Hales Group. As a Care Support Specialist, you will provide person-centred care to a diverse range of customers, ensuring they can remain within the comfort of their own home while continuing to live safely and independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to our customers
  • Assist with personal care routines, such as dressing and bathing
  • Support with light domestic tasks, meal preparation, and cooking
  • Help with medication, mobility, and other care needs

Requirements
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
  • Desirable to have a passion for helping others and a commitment to delivering high-quality care
  • Enhanced DBS check and suitable references required
