About the Service

Gilbert Meher Ltd partners with a private provider to deliver a specialist service for men and women living with complex needs. Our team provides high-quality care and support to individuals with primary diagnoses of learning disability, mental health issues, or personality disorder.

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to fill the Deputy Hospital Director position, which offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our service users.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Providing robust leadership in the hospital environment
  2. Responsibility for budgetary oversight
  3. Promoting and safeguarding the well-being and interests of all stakeholders
  4. Ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and statutory requirements
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience as a Registered Nurse with an active NMC Pin
  • Background in learning disabilities and autism setting
  • Awareness of wider healthcare economy and political environment
  • Detailed understanding of statutory regulations
