Job Description

As a Deputy Hospital Director, you will play a vital role in leading and managing our clinical and non-clinical teams to deliver exceptional healthcare services.

Main Duties
  1. Provide strategic leadership and direction to the hospital team
  2. Manage and oversee budgetary matters
  3. Promote and safeguard the well-being and interests of service users, employees, and visitors
  4. Ensure regulatory compliance and statutory requirements
  5. Lead investigations and complete regulatory notifications
Key Qualifications
  • Active NMC registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Experience working in learning disabilities and autism settings
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Awareness of the healthcare economy and political environment
