Nursing Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Deputy Hospital Director. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and manage a dynamic Learning Disability and Autism service in Grimsby, promoting great healthcare and ensuring the well-being of our service users.

The successful candidate will have a background in supporting people with learning disabilities and/or autism, with experience working in learning disabilities and autism settings. They will also have a detailed understanding of statutory regulations and awareness of the wider Healthcare economy and political environment.

As a Deputy Hospital Director, you will be responsible for providing strong and robust leadership in the hospital environment, managing budgets, and overseeing site projects. You will also deputise for the Hospital Director, attending internal and external meetings with key stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to deal with multiple issues simultaneously. The annual salary for this position is £54,077, plus Benefits, which includes free meals and on-site parking, wellbeing support and activities, career development and training, pension contribution, life assurance, enhanced maternity package, and more.
