Deputy Hospital Director Leadership Role

Job Summary:
Elysium Healthcare seeks a highly experienced Deputy Hospital Director to lead our clinical and non-clinical teams in delivering exceptional healthcare. As a Registered Nurse, you will have a strong background in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership in a hospital environment, promoting a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.
- Assist the Hospital Director in budgetary oversight and strategic decision-making.
- Ensure the site's regulatory compliance and statutory requirements are met, including completing regulatory notifications and SUIs.
- Oversee site projects, leveraging your experience in learning disabilities and autism settings.
Requirements:
- Active NMC Pin and experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Background in learning disabilities and autism settings, with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Awareness of the wider healthcare economy and political environment.
