We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Nursing and Patient Services to lead our nursing, midwifery, and AHP colleagues across the region. As a key member of our executive leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering safe, effective, and high-quality care in an environment of fast-paced change and transformation.

About UsThe NHS Humber Health Partnership comprises two sovereign NHS organizations, Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust and Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust. Main Duties of the Job- To provide strategic leadership to our nursing, midwifery, and AHP colleagues across the region.
- To work closely with partners in the region to develop innovative workforce models that have a far-reaching impact on the communities we serve.
- To ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality care in an environment of fast-paced change and transformation.
We are looking for someone with:
- A Master's degree in a relevant management or leadership subject.
- Substantial experience of working at senior levels within the NHS.
- Demonstrable evidence of working with non-executive and wider board colleagues developing trust, respect, and teamwork.
- Significant experience in quality and safety.
We offer a competitive salary of £125,000 - 140,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including access to the NHS Pension Scheme, generous annual leave, and an extensive range of learning and development opportunities.
