Job Title: Hospitality Experience Coordinator

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Hospitality Experience Coordinator. This role is critical in enhancing the lives of our residents by providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exceptional Customer Service: Respond to resident and visitor inquiries in a diplomatic manner, utilizing problem-solving and complaint resolution skills.
  • Team Support: Provide clerical and computer support to managers as requested, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Cash Handling: Complete required records to support cash transactions related to guest and team member meal vouchers/tickets.

Requirements:

  • Education: Completion of grade 12 education.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer Service: Positive attitude and proven customer service skills through related work experience.
  • Organizational Skills: Proven organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Computer Proficiency: Must demonstrate computer proficiency with MS Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
