The Green Man is seeking a Hospitality Support Specialist to join our kitchen team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
We offer a comprehensive training program to help you develop your skills in food preparation, customer service, and teamwork. Our kitchen is a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and we're seeking someone who can adapt quickly and thrive under pressure.
Job Details:
- Estimated salary: £24,000 - £27,000 per annum
- Full-time position (40 hours per week)

About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team in a popular village pub. As a Hospitality Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for supporting our Head Chef and kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Head Chef and kitchen team in food preparation, presentation, and service
- Maintain the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and storage areas
- Contribute to the efficient running of the kitchen, including stock management and inventory control
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest queries and concerns
