We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mentorship Specialist to join our team at Beacon Support Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a positive impact on the lives of students with disabilities/mental health conditions.

The successful candidate will assist students to learn coping strategies and techniques to overcome their particular disability-related difficulties, providing one-to-one support in their higher education studies. This role offers flexible hours to work around you, allowing you to balance your schedule while making a difference in the educational experiences of our students.

As a Mentorship Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides thorough induction training and staff development, as well as a comprehensive CPD programme with regular training events. You will have access to resources and expertise that will enable you to grow professionally and contribute to the success of our students.

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £35 per hour, plus a generous holiday entitlement. This is a fixed term/rolling contract, and we collect personal data from applications in compliance with GDPR regulations.

Key requirements include experience of working with students with specific learning difficulties (SpLDs) in higher or further education, and desirable qualifications include Association of Child Psychotherapists (ACP) membership or equivalent. A Bachelor's degree is also required.
