About Our Team

Our Estates Engineering Maintenance Services team is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our hospitals through effective maintenance and repair of facilities, equipment, and grounds. As a Maintenance Craftsperson Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our team to deliver high-quality services to our patients.

Working Conditions

You will work in a fast-paced environment with varied tasks and responsibilities. You will be expected to work independently and as part of a team to ensure the delivery of maintenance programmes. You will also be required to provide on-call support overnight and at weekends during the winter months.

Benefits and Salary

In addition to a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, you will receive access to an excellent pension scheme, staff benefits including staff discount and lottery schemes, and a generous annual leave entitlement.
