We have an exciting opportunity for a Part Time Hospital Administrator to join our Respiratory department at Diana Princess of Wales Hospital. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in managing administrative tasks related to patient care pathways, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient experience.

Main Duties:
  1. Manage referrals, using paper and digital systems, in accordance with Trust policies and procedures.
  2. Coordinate diagnostic investigations and ensure timely availability for clinic days.
  3. Record accurate clinic outcomes and manage changes to schedules as needed.
  4. Lead on cancellations and rescheduling outpatient clinics within agreed targets.
  5. Collaborate with patient records teams and external partners to ensure essential documents are accessible for appointments and consultations.
