Part Time Hospital Administrator Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Part Time Hospital Administrator to join our Respiratory department at Diana Princess of Wales Hospital. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in managing administrative tasks related to patient care pathways, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient experience.
Main Duties:- Manage referrals, using paper and digital systems, in accordance with Trust policies and procedures.
- Coordinate diagnostic investigations and ensure timely availability for clinic days.
- Record accurate clinic outcomes and manage changes to schedules as needed.
- Lead on cancellations and rescheduling outpatient clinics within agreed targets.
- Collaborate with patient records teams and external partners to ensure essential documents are accessible for appointments and consultations.
