Job Overview
As a Health Records Facilitator at Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust, you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective organisation and preparation of Health Records for all hospital activity. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with colleagues and other departments within the hospital to ensure seamless coordination of patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with trust policies and procedures
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to resolve any issues related to patient records

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Good level of general education
- NVQ 2 in Administration or willingness to work towards NVQ Level 2

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including flexible working arrangements, access to training and development opportunities, and a comprehensive pension scheme.
