Administrative Operations Coordinator

We operate across various sectors, including construction and water services, providing essential infrastructure for millions of homes and businesses. As an Operational Administrator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office-based administration teams.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with excellent communication skills and a basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. You'll be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate data using Management Information systems, ensuring timely reporting and compliance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, effectively distributing information and escalating queries as necessary.
- Undertake business activities to ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate, adhering to Health, Safety, Quality, Environmental, and Fleet policies.
- Respond to initial queries, escalating issues to relevant areas of the organization as required.
- Perform general office administration duties, supporting the efficient operation of our administrative teams.
