Job Summary:
As a Service Administrator at JCT600, you will provide efficient and effective administration support to the Service team. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out daily approval of all service bookings.
- Arranging technical calls for diagnostic bookings and starting the process of Brand & JCT600 Diagnostic documents.
- Reviewing parts availability for all bookings within the parts department.
- Ensuring 100% accuracy of all administration activities and complete and accurate data collection.
- Accurately recording customer and vehicle information to ensure data is up-to-date for prospecting repeat and incremental business.
- Communicating effectively and professionally by telephone or email where required.
- Ensuring relevant information is passed between the Service and Sales departments to optimise customer experience and maximise business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Previous experience of working in a busy administration role, ideally within a Service environment.
- A customer-centric attitude, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations.
- Excellent attention to detail with a methodical, organised approach to work.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good numeracy and literacy skills.
- Drive, energy, and motivation to be successful.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £25,000 OTE dependent upon experience.

- 26 days annual leave, increasing to 28 days at 5 years' service and 30 days at 10 years' service, plus bank holidays.
