Job Summary:

As a Service Administrator at JCT600, you will provide efficient and effective administration support to the Service team. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out daily approval of all service bookings.
  • Arranging technical calls for diagnostic bookings and starting the process of Brand & JCT600 Diagnostic documents.
  • Reviewing parts availability for all bookings within the parts department.
  • Ensuring 100% accuracy of all administration activities and complete and accurate data collection.
  • Accurately recording customer and vehicle information to ensure data is up-to-date for prospecting repeat and incremental business.
  • Communicating effectively and professionally by telephone or email where required.
  • Ensuring relevant information is passed between the Service and Sales departments to optimise customer experience and maximise business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of working in a busy administration role, ideally within a Service environment.
  • A customer-centric attitude, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a methodical, organised approach to work.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Drive, energy, and motivation to be successful.

  • A competitive salary of £25,000 OTE dependent upon experience.
