Therapeutic Services Coordinator

Are you passionate about helping others navigate life's challenges? St Andrews Hospice is seeking a Therapeutic Services Coordinator to provide specialist and therapeutic counselling to children, young people, and adults who have been bereaved through a death by any means. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients and colleagues to deliver exceptional care.
The salary range for this role is approximately £35,000-£43,000 per year, and we offer a comprehensive package of benefits, including flexible working hours, professional registration costs, and opportunities for ongoing education and training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective therapy plans to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track client progress.
Requirements:
- Level 5 qualification in Counselling or related field.
- 2+ years of experience working in a therapeutic setting.
- Familiarity with bereavement theories and best practices.
