Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in providing reception cover for Community Mental Health Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incoming calls, greeting visitors, and performing various administrative tasks.

Main Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet service users, families, and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Deal with telephone enquiries from service users, using empathy and initiative to provide accurate information and ensure notification to relevant staff members.
  • Liaise with internal and external personnel on a daily basis, including clinical professionals, service users, and their families/carers.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Navigo policies, processes, and procedures, working within these guidelines at all times.
  • Process and distribute incoming mail, act as a central point for outgoing mail collection, and perform other general administrative duties as directed.
Requirements
  • Experience of working in a busy office environment with the ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work to processes and set deadlines.
  • Experience of working in a customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to use own initiative.
  • Good IT skills and willingness to undertake further training as required.
