Job Description:

This exciting opportunity as a Mental Health Support Specialist is available within our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their mental health needs.

Your primary responsibilities will include providing emotional support, assisting with daily living activities, and advocating for the individuals in your care. You will also be responsible for implementing risk management plans and ensuring the safe delivery of care.

We are currently seeking candidates for various roles within our inpatient acute, rehabilitation, community, and crisis teams.

A strong foundation in mental health knowledge is essential for this position, with a focus on delivering person-centered care that meets the unique needs of each individual.

Requirements:
  • A foundation knowledge of mental health
  • Care certificate or willingness to complete within two years
  • GCSE or equivalent qualification in Maths and English
