We are excited to offer a challenging and rewarding role as a Mental Health Support Worker Lead at Navigo Health and Social Care CIC.

About the Role

This position involves working closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure that patients receive high-quality care. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of mental health principles, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinating patients' packages of care and liaison with other agencies.
  2. Assessing and monitoring health and wellbeing needs of inpatients.
  3. Ensuring a comprehensive and diverse activity planner.
  4. Providing assurance of Nursing Assistant engagement with care plans.
  5. Supervising and training Nursing Assistants.
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of relevant mental health or health work experience.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • Evidence of ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
