About the Role

We are recruiting an experienced Learning Disability Nurse to join our team at Bradley Complex Care in Grimsby. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized care and support to service users with complex learning disabilities
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective care planning and delivery
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to inform care planning
  • Mentor and support junior staff members to develop their skills and knowledge

What You Will Need

  • A relevant nursing qualification (RMN) and NMC registration
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team
  • Passion for delivering high-quality care and making a positive difference
