About the Role

We are looking for a Support Professional to join our team in Grimsby, Lincolnshire. As a Support Worker, you will provide excellent care and support to adults with learning disabilities, helping them to live fulfilling lives.

You will be responsible for providing daily support, encouraging service users to engage in social activities, developing warm relationships with them and their families, and administering medication as required. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others, working in a dynamic and supportive environment.

The role offers flexibility, with full and part-time hours available, including weekend work and bank holidays. As a Creative Support Bank Staff member, you will benefit from access to our free app, which allows you to pick up shifts in any area of the country and provides information on the service, including directions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to adults with learning disabilities
  • Encourage service users to engage in social activities
  • Develop warm relationships with service users and their families
  • Administer medication as required

Estimated Salary: £23,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience)
