As a Capital Programme Lead, you will be responsible for delivering internal and external audit regimes for your service area, ensuring effective coordination on development delivery, and supporting the new homes snagging and handover process.

The ideal candidate will have robust understanding of government policies and statutory legislation that shapes the social rented sector, detailed understanding of property contracts (PPC, JCT, NEC), and knowledge of developing tendered works packages to go to the open market.

The estimated salary for this role is £67,620 per annum, plus great benefits including a superb employer salary sacrifice pension scheme, 24 holiday days a year pro rata, and Mental Health First Aiders across the business.
