Job Description

The Maintenance Craftsperson Assistant will be responsible for undertaking works relating to the maintenance and repairs of trust properties, equipment, grounds, and gardens. The postholder will also provide on-call support overnight and at weekends for de-icing and snow clearing during the winter months.

Responsibilities

  • Maintenance and repairs of trust properties, equipment, grounds, and gardens.
  • Supporting the delivery of maintenance programmes.
  • Providing on-call support overnight and at weekends for de-icing and snow clearing during the winter months.

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
  • Experience working in a maintenance environment, preferably within the healthcare sector.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
