Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and support patients with common mental health problems, using a patient-centred approach
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans, incorporating low-intensity CBT interventions
  • Foster strong relationships with colleagues, sharing expertise and knowledge to improve patient outcomes

**Salary:** £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience
