Mental Health Therapist

Job Description**Clinical Responsibilities**
- Conduct patient-centred interviews to assess and support individuals with common mental health problems
- Undertake risk assessments and make decisions on referral suitability, ensuring adherence to department protocols
- Deliver low-intensity CBT interventions in various settings, including groups, individual sessions, and remote therapy
**Training and Supervision**
- Attend and complete training requirements, including practical and academic assessments
- Apply learning from the training programme in practice, with regular supervision from experienced therapists
**Professional Expectations**
- Maintain high standards of practice, adhering to employer guidelines and regulations
- Stay up-to-date with advances in treatment for common mental health problems, attending workshops and conferences as needed
**Salary:** £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience
