Navigo is a social enterprise that provides mental health services, including acute and community facilities. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Practitioner to join our team in Harrison House (inpatient acute) or The community and other service bases within Navigo.

About the Team

Our teams work across the locality in a holistic, person-centred and trauma-informed approach to deliver services that we'd be happy for our own families to use.

Main Duties
  • To develop and take an active role in quality monitoring of the service, including leading of research projects and audit activity with the aim of improving the service/service area.
  • The Post Holder will be able to evaluate and review research and other relevant literature and be aware of the implications of the social and local policies, procedures and information packages related to service delivery.
  • Will plan and organise workloads for staff within the area to include allocation of staff, planning patient care and groups etc.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary between £29,970 and £44,962 a year, Band 5 or 6 depending on experience, and a full-time working pattern. As a social enterprise, we do things a little bit differently and have also developed income-generating commercially viable businesses that provide training, education and employment opportunities.
