Job Summary:
As a skilled Payroll Administrator with the Xeinadin Group, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless payroll operations. This includes collaborating with clients to maintain employee data, managing end-to-end payrolls, and maintaining accurate records. A strong understanding of HMRC legislation and experience with payroll software are essential for this role.

About the Role:
You will work closely with clients to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, including RTI filing and pension uploads. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be crucial in maintaining robust document control systems and ensuring compliance with company policies and tax legislation. In addition, you will prepare month-end journals and reports as needed, contributing to the overall financial health of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with clients to ensure seamless flow and maintenance of employee data
• Manage entire payroll process from start to finish
• Maintain meticulous records and document control system
• Stay up-to-date with company policies and tax legislation impacting payroll
• Prepare month-end journals and reports as needed

Requirements:
• Experience in payroll administration
• Strong computer literacy and numerical skills
• Knowledge of HMRC legislation and Pension Auto Enrolment
