We are seeking a skilled Payroll and Pensions Manager to join our People and Culture team at Linkage Community Trust.
- As a key member of the team, you will work closely with us to deliver an accurate and timely payroll service.
- You will process all aspects of the monthly payrolls, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Dealing with pay or tax queries will be your responsibility, requiring prompt resolution.
- Completing starter and leaver paperwork accurately is crucial for smooth transitions.
- You will also administer pension and benefits schemes effectively.
The successful candidate will have a solid background in payroll management, with extensive knowledge of pension schemes, particularly Auto Enrolment. Additionally, they will stay updated on new legislation and compliance requirements.
About the Ideal Candidate- Prior experience in payroll management is necessary.
- In-depth knowledge of pension schemes and the ability to apply it effectively is required.
- Staying updated on new legislation and compliance is essential.
An estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £40,000 per year, based on experience. Our benefits package includes flexible working options, a generous annual leave package, and health and wellbeing support.
